Head Lease documentation

There are three key documents, The Principal Agreement (dated 29 August 1972) between the Greater London Council (GLC) and the Ruskin Park Housing Association, The Supplemental Agreement (dated October 1972), which formally varied and amended the Principal Agreement, and The Head Lease (dated 31 October 1972), which is the master 99-year lease under which the estate was originally transferred.
